I'd done the online check in and and was told to go straight to the garage and pick a car. Managed to pick a Terrain with only 200 miles on the clock so was well satisfied. Handed my licence and credit card to the attendant at the exit who gave me my car hire contract and we were on our way. Overall an excellent experience and will recommend Alamo and US Car Hire and already booked them for my trip next May.

Standard SUV (SFAR) Washington - Union Station on 12 Nov 2015 Customer rating: Customer name: Name withheld by request Vehicle supplied: Cadillac SRX Book a car at this location There were no standard SUVs available, so I was upgraded into the Cadillac SRX. It was beautifully clean inside and out and a wonderful car to have. As ever, the Union Station team were great to rent from.

I used to pay as much for insurance as the car hire itself until I discovered US Car Hire. They include all insurance with the car hire for the SAME cost as most others charge just for the car hire alone. Amazing. Never looked back since (except when reversing! :).
