I have never had a problem with any of the cars. I have nearly always recieved a better car than i originally booked. By booking gold inclusive i rarely get hounded for further payment reference extra insurance or cover etc. I will continue to book with US car hire in the future.

Since I discovered this, its the only company I use. Includes all insurances at same rate as the car hire companies charge you just for the car. Thats almost 50% off! Brilliant!

Also at the kiosk is too slow; even if I did the "Save Time" procedure in advance (on the US Care Hire website). May be the managment of US Car Hire should talk with ALAMO (CEO) about this problem. At Hertz I am finished within 2 minutes compared with Alamo (> 20-30 minutes). The car was okay.

The only tiny issue was that I returned the car with full tank and had some problems for the refund, since it was not necessary (and nobody told me). Overall, great.

Quick and straight forward site to use and the best value. Pick up very easy but they do go on and on trying to get you to upgrade and add extras which we didn't want! Car was brand new with only 8 miles on it! Would definitely use US Car Hire again!

I would definately recommend US Car Hire. When I returned the car I left my camera in it by mistake and the staff were very helpful and thankfully retrieved it.

On the return of the car we discovered we had been charged for a full tank of petrol. After going back to the garage this was sorted out. I usually pay for Gold insurance which I will do in future.
