Car was brilliant,couldn't have been more happier with it,the only downside was had to queue for over an hour at the Alamo desk in the airport when we arrived to get the car,I think 99% of people were getting cars from Alamo the other rental car companies desks were empty,overall very satisfied,would have no problems using us car hire again and again.

Hi when arrive to the airport they don´t have the 7 Seater Fullsize SUV (FFAR) and they give me the 7 Seater Passenger Van (MVAR)but they don´t offender a refund is at least 150 us more. what is the point of book a car if they don´t have the car ready, this is the second time in 3 months that happend to me with alamo. and the 7 Seater Passenger Van (MVAR) they give i can´t notice because my wife and i pick the car and the family was all ready at the hotel but when the rest of the family enter the van have one side of the last seat row in the cup holders vomit, i have to pay for the cleaning of the van. this is unacceptable they din´t have the car i pay and the less expensive car they give was not even clean ?? i hope you can do something i always rent with this page and when arrive and tell the Alamo people about the vomit they told me they can give discount in the next rental or refund me something for the cleaning of vomit i had to pay because i rent with this page. i really like this rental page but this time Alamo was extremely a bad experience you can check i use this often and i hope you can do something about this. thanks

I was dissapointed that there was no car ready for us on arrival at the rental lot and we had to wait 30 mins for a car to be delivered. After an 11 hour flight and a wait of 1.5hours in immigration this was the last thing we needed.

We got to ALAMO in miami intl and instead of a tahoe we upgreaded to a suburban.The manager was a real jerk.Who attended me the renter officer was kind.He told me that the diference would be us$49.99 per day for upgrading to a chevy suburban instead if a tahoe.When he checked with the manager he told the renting officer to charge us$150.00 per day.He argued we the manager becacause already he had given me what the computer told him.The manager was extremely a jerk and prejuduce with us.An awfull experience.Also we got the suburban delivered dirty.Ive been renting with alamo through USCAR hire for the past two years and this time we had an awfull experience.

As always a great rental experience. Very easy to book, voucher came through almost immediately and using Alamo register service went straight to the garage, selected a car and off we went. Have used US Car Hire for many years and have yet to find a better inclusive price and when combined with very high level of service it is unbeatable.

As with any first time Internet booking there is always a worry that everything is not as it seems, particularly when the price looks too good! I needn't have worried everything was great, from all of the communication before the trip to collecting the car at Orlando airport the process was perfect. OK I did upgrade at the airport, but I made that choice. I didn't need to as the car waiting for me was exactly what I ordered, I just couldn't resist. Alamo was great and collection/drop off couldn't have been easier. Great job UScarhire will definitely be using you again.

I reserved a Chevrolet Tahoe, but got an upgrade to a Suburban for very little additional fee directly at Alamo's counter. Very happy about it.

In general, our experience was good. Pick up and drop off, all went well and easy. We were only mislead in the car type that we hired/got. On your website, the car type shows that it would be a 4x4. When we were confronted with snow/ice on the roads, we realized the car we got was NOT a 4x4. We were not happy. You may want to review the information on your website if this is not correct. It states: 7 Seater 4x4 / SUV. We felt mislead.

i emailed you requesting a quote for 2 drivers in june , i still have acopy of the email and you sent a quote and link to access and pay which i used .when we turned up at the airport the rental was for only one driver and we had to pay extra for the second if required. this is not the service i expected and i think you over charge me compare to a normal one person rental

An easy transaction. Everything was explained clearly and the relevant info was delivered clearly. I will be recommending USCarHire. I was slightly disappointed with the vehicle choice at Alamo. There was only one vehicle available so we had no choice at all.
