My party consisted of 4 adults and a toddler in a car seat. The seat configuration of 2-2-3 prevented putting the back seats down to accommodate the five suitcases. The third row of 3 seats had no room behind for any suitcases! I had to then upgrade to a Suburban, at a cost of £592! An unexpected cost that spoilt the beginning of our holiday. The Tahoe clearly does not take 7 passengers and 5 suitcases, as indicated on your website.

Pick up and drop off were seemless and very quick. no nonsense at all. very pleased. only point to note...is that an FFAR 7-seater is ONLY a 7 seater IF you don't have 7 large holiday bags. it is only really a 5 seater with luggage space and is NOT a 7 seater with luggage space. it's only 1 or the other.

The only thing I didn´t like was that my car warned about need for oil change after five days, and I still had 15 days left of the rental period. I tried to call Alamo for help but ended up to send a message on Facebook. They told me that I could fix the oil change myself or switch the car. When I then tried to switch the car they didn´t have similar car available and told me I could use the car without oil change .

The Alamo fast track is awesome and I will use this company and provider in the future. The cost is very competitive and only having to pay the deposit is a great saving at time of booking. This cost us another £ 700. A lesson we will learn fro the future, however we will probably book with Us car hire again,

Would not consider using anyone else to book my car hire in the USA. The whole process from looking to booking to collection fills you with confidence. Special mention to the Alamo guy in the garage who took time out to show me all the 7 seat SUV's he had in and explained best one for luggage capabilities. Ford he recommended was far better than the Tahoe I pestered him for

On arrival at Sanford we had to wait approx. 20 mins whilst car was cleaned ( not a problem). When the car came it would have been better if I had been given a run down of the controls, as I am not used to driving an automatic, (Reason for 4 out of 5) but staff were quick to respond when asked, The car was in excellent condition inside and out and was everything we wanted. Having the bigger car really helped us to enjoy our first experience of USA. Staff were polite and helpful at all times.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very professional, friendly, accommodating and swift to reply to all queries. I wish especially to commend Roulla DiCarlo, who courteously dealt with my booking. Everything was so easy and stress free on collection of the vehicle at the airport. I used the Alamo kiosk and it was all straight forward as i registered my details before travel. The vehicle we chose was fantastic. 10/10
