Your service was excellent but when I went to collect the car from Alamo they did try and convince me to upgrade to a Maserati, that I can sort of understand but then they tried to sell me sat nav, I refused only to find out the car had it built in so it felt like a bit of a con. Like I said though, dealing with you guys was great. The car we did end up with was absolutely perfect, I couldn't fault it in any way.

on arrival at the desk I was pestered with repeated requests to upgrade to an Escalade which I eventually fell for at an extra cost of $1,350 if my memory serves me, included in that figure was a additional driver which I thought was included in my original package? well we got the car (very nice) but no AC the GPS was wildly of the mark and the phone pairing was malfunctioning, I informed the girl at the returns and she said she would get me a$130/$180 discount for my trouble, I will be more determined next time to stick to the original deal, other than that great.

The USCarHire website is simple and easy to use with competitive quotes being offered throughout the full range of vehicles. Which is why I keep coming back. I tend to rent from them at least twice a year.

Alamo kiosk is supposedly fast track - I was expecting to enter a reference number & them get a printed agreement & proceed to the garage to get a vehicle. The process is actually entering all of your details again into the machine including Driver licence number & addresses for both drivers - its actually longer than going to the desk. On return we were charged for two extra hours which was not explained - guy who received the vehicle barely muttered a word throughout the whole process. All of the above was purely down to Alamo & not your process /. people which was good especially appreciated the email advising of different type of insurance offers we were likely to receive - we were also offered the option of a sat nav fro circa £150 which we refused - only to find it was standard equipment in the vehicle we ended up - which was a high spec large 4x4

The experience was completely different to the one that we had in San Diego in July - which was great. The service on this occasion was not helpful at all - the voucher that I had printed was not accepted, so the credit card charged as well. I reprinted the voucher but will need to check that I have not been charged twice. They had no record of a child seat booking. There was no Full SUV available as we had booked. We were given a Chrysler Town and Country MVAR. This was not the experience that we had been looking forward to. Finally, the manager said that we did not have to refuel because we had been kept waiting for one hour. The two other parties in the office were also experiencing problems with their bookings.

Arrived at Orlando International Airport and got our hire car from Alamo with ease, no waiting around and it was the model we expected. The car was fabulous and we had no unexpected cost on return. Very pleased with the service and price paid from USCARHIRE.

Excellent service from Alamo at LAX. We used the self service check-in computers and was in our new white Tahoe within 10 minutes. The drop off procedure was just as pain-free. Especaiily impressed with the Young-Driver rate package, very good value for money for a group of 23 year olds and with no hidden costs whats so ever. Top service from US Car Hire. Thanks

Booking and everything done by USCARHIRE went as smooth and as good as it gets. The car was great, a really nice GMC Yukon. Chevy Tahoe was also available. The service of Alamo was not too good. They still tried to up sell more insurance (not needed!), additional drivers (already paid for!), fuel tank of gas (already paid for!) and navigation which we declined, but was standard in the car so not needed at all. But that's just Alamo. Uscarhire was great!
