Only complaint with Alamo self-service Kiosk that made me go through the whole process and just before printing the contract ended on a system error. But an Alamo person took it in charge without me having to wait in line. TAHOE was a 7 seater in great condition (leather and DVD player).

Much easier and less hassle than booking direct! Booked with Alamo who tried to get us to upgrade and told us they didn't have the vehicle we wanted but they did and had a great deal of choice in Florida mco! Would definitely use us car hire next time and have recommended to all my friends and family! Thanks for making our holiday so enjoyable!

They did not have the Tahoe or similar that we have booked. We were upgraded to a Suburban instead. The drop off was fast and smooth.

The usual high standard of service being received from the US car hire team. Unfortunately, due to some issues with the Alamo web site I was unable to register for the expedited collection, but luckily there was no queue at the desk.

Being that the car was rented an SUV and a Dodge Caravan was removed. Also the car was in terrible condition maintenance.

I appreciate this is nothing to do with us car hire and we would certainly use you again

A choice of vehicle in the full size SUV category is a bonus. Never had an issue with either US. car hire or Alamo.
