Loved US car hire! Email help and adjustments I received before our holiday were really easy and I even got included on an extra discount that happened to have started since my booking! Signed up for Alamo kiosks but didn't need it as the rental desk was empty - lady at the desk tried to sell me everything under the sun but I just ignored it (already paid for roadside etc via US Car Hire). Wish I had paid for returning the tank empty as we nearly missed the flight and got charged Alamo prices for refuel. Apart from trouble finding the car rental location on return everything went very well - and I paid £200+ less than others in our party for the same car. Thanks - will absolutely use you again.

Very satisfied with the service received! The staff were very friendly and not at all pushy. It took less than ten minutes from arriving at the rental location to leaving the site in the vehicle of my choice/preference.

Booking experience with USA Car Hire was brilliant. It was a shame to have felt a little let down with the hire car company Alamo. The service was extremely fast but there was no sense of being velued. It felt rushed and delivered to get you out the door as fast as possible. Combined with the quality of the vehicle. Despite being relatively new and low mileage was dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned/valeted prior to being handed the keys. Despite ordering a 7 seater if all 7 seats were needed there would have been very little boot space indeed. There was no moention of any upgrade or if extras would be required. Great work USA Car Hire. Try harder next time ALAMO.

The entire process with USCar Hire was professesional, efficient and seamless. I was very disappointed though to be talked into a totally unnecessary upgrade at the Alamo desk. Was told I wouldn't be able to get my luggage into the car I had booked but later discovered that it fit easily, so took the 'upgrade' car back and got the original model I had booked.

Satisified with booking process, information etc. However, to avoid queues we pre-registered with Alamo for use of their automated system (Kiosk), but the system did not work for us when we got to Orlando. Subsequently, we still had to join the lengthy queue(which was even longer after we had tried to use the Kiosk). This was very disappointing when we were tired after a long flight.

I arrived at the Alamo desk at around 9.00am and there was no queue. The Agent processed my paperwork and I went across to the garage and collect my vehicle which as expected was a Tahoe. The vehicle had under 10,000 on the clock and was clean and i was very satisfied with it. Overall a very straightforward experience from booking the car to handing back. Will definitely recommend and use US Car Hire again.

Very good would use again answered any questions I had very quick Good price cheapest I found and would use again Only problem the kiosk would not work did everything it asked found our booking no problem but had to see an Alamo agent and que was an hour long not happy about that but other wise nice SUV and happy customer would use again on next trip

Kiosk did not work after trying for five minutes and supervisor did not help. However, only a short wait in queue at desk and from then on fast proess to get brilliant V8 vehicle. Recommend US car hire every time and Alamo for vehicle choice.

The whole process from booking the car through to receiving the Sat Nav was flawless. Having previously booked our hire car elsewhere we will now always use yourselves as the level of service etc is far superior,and much cheaper ( 3 weeks hire for less than we paid for 2 weeks elsewhere ) The only slight problem we had was at the Kiosk where it rejected us at the end, but we got sorted at the desk within 10 minutes. We got the car that we wanted but as with our previous visit we were offered a car below the category we had booked, standard SUV instead of full size SUV. They quickly got us a full size SUV without a problem, but maybe one for people to look out for. We will be using you again and would recommend you without hesitation.
