Can't knock it. Only gripe is you can't check-in online (as you can if you book direct with Alamo or through Virgin). Use of kiosk was OK though.

Except for the inevitable attempt by the Alamo clerk at Logan Airport to have us upgrade to a (unnecessarily) larger vehicle, everything was extremely smooth. So glad we elected to book the package that allowed two drivers and prepaid all insurance before leaving the UK. Thanks!

Everything went smoothly and our questions were answered very quickly. On the airport, we were so lucky to get a brand new car with only 27 miles and we had a great trip. We sure would use USCarhire again.

This didn't work as we had to enter al the details again even though it had a record of the reservation.

This should have been clearer in the communication between US Car Hire and Alamo. I am very pleased with US Car Hire, the absolute best is the insurance being clarified on the website, always a problem for EU citicens to start discussing what insurances we need after a 10 hour flight. I will use US Car hire next time I visit USA

We appreciated the explanations of what we'd booked and what extras the hire company might try to sell us, it was re-assuring to know exactly what was included in our agreement. The car we chose had only 330 miles on the clock and still smelled new. It had every conceivable extra, so much so, my husband would like to buy one back home! The whole operation with you and Alamo was really smooth, professional and excellent value for money. We would definitely recommend this company.

The internet site is easy to use and the communication is super, you know easily what your order includes etc. Only issue this time was with Alamo that there wasn´t a car type available what we ordered (FFAR) when we arrived in Miami. We decided to take a smaller SUV what was available right away as in the middle of the night after long flight with two kids it wouldn´t been nice to wait the staff to get the right car for us - they told they would arrange the car we ordered but it was our decision not to wait.
