This is the 2nd time I have used this company for car rental in Florida and frankly, I will never use anyone else. The whole experience went very smoothly from start to finish. The customer service was second to none and the price was far cheaper than renting direct from Alamo. Highly recommended. (The Harvey's from UK)

went to the Alamo office, they never had the model of car we booked. Tried to fob us of with lower class model and then change next day. After 1hr of arguing and nearly going elsewhere at 1am we got upgraded to a escalade. No issues with US CARHIRE, great booking. Alamo could improve customer service.

Easy site Good value Airport machine pick was easy but long winded a bit Great car loads of space 6 and cases easy Plus 2 others in there whilst driving around 8 seats Although back three for kids or short legged adults Drop off back at airport was simple All round excellent

Check-in at the Alamo kiosk should have gone smoothly, but instead we went trough the whole process just to get an error at the very end so we ended having a rep take our info, which went good. Coming into the garage the guy said there was only one full size left and he pointed us to an old model Ford Expedition. We said we were hoping for something newer and maybe more luxurious (this particular Ford had no leather seating or other fancy stuff which you'd expect in this price range). After giving him a little bit more of a hard time he suddenly remembered he did have two more cars available, being a GMC Acadia and a Buick Enclave. The Buick was brand new and still had parts of the interior wrapped in plastic! Now this was a car we loved! We didn't regret choosing this one for one second as it was a dream to drive for 30 days! Why the guy tried to give us the Expedition first and lied about not having other cars was a mystery to us, but in the end it worked out fine.

Driving 3700 miles with the Chevrolet Tahoe was really a pleasure. Picking up the car went pretty smooth. Small minus: the oil level was only at 42%, which made me change the oil during our trip (60$ which was refunded when returning the car). Switching the car in San Francisco after breaking into the car was no problem.

The process was really easy from the moment we arrived at the airport. The Alamo office was close to the terminal, and the staff were dealing with people quickly and efficiently. We were quickly brought the car and were on our way in no time at all. Similar experience when returning the car, which was even quicker. What an excellent experience, and we saved over £100 on the cost of the hire overall too by booking through the U.S. Car Hire app. All in all a great experience.

Easy website to use, good rates. & communications. Alamo kiosk at Orlando worked well. Decent choice of cars. Ours was clean and performed very well over three weeks, 2300 miles. Third time I have used US Car Hire and I can fully recommend them.
