On return they tried to charge me. took about 20mins to get charge cleared. also filled up when was dry and only took $65 to fill. Liars

The only thing I would complain about is the Alamo adviser at the airport who was desperately trying to get me to upgrade and take out extra cover on the car when she could see in front of her that I already had all the cover that she was trying to sell me!! After realising I wasn't going to buy it, she couldn't get rid of me quick enough.

The counter person on the return in Alamo was not polite & was trying to charge me $2000 for one week extension. I am a regular customer but this might be my last time using your service. Thank you

Nobody could help me, so I had to use a friend's credit card. This was not very satisfying...

We have used it previously for USA car hire. However, Alamo's description of the Chevy Tahoe as providing 7 seats and 5 bags is incorrect. With 7 seats, there is only room for 2 bags. Alamo suggested upgrading to the larger Suburban for extra luggage space.

Just one comment, the gold package was supposed to have several additional drivers, and when I tried to add more than one they tried to charge me for that. Please consider the concept to be included in the voucher to clarify that several, not just one additional drivers are included.

The only issue we has was at the Alamo desk where they informed us the Tahoe we ordered was too small for the luggage we brought and it ended up costing us another $200
