Everything came on time check in was simple, we went to kiosk and printed off voucher, no hard sell. Everything was included in the price quoted there was no hidden extras. The young drivers package was the best I could find at a very competitive price. The car was amazing it had every mod con going and I loved driving it. We were able to have more than one young driver without paying extra. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend USCar Hire.

Ford Expedition was an excellent size with 20000 miles on the clock. Its now a really old design & the Suburban/Tahoe are better looking with SATNAV included in the dash.

Booking is very easy and collection at Alamo is quick and easy too.

Registering to skip the counter and go straight to the garage was also a very quick and handy thing to do - didn't need to speak to anyone until the gate! Will use again as have just booked again for next Easter!!

The car could have been cleaner inside. It was suffering with an issue with the internal lights flashing on every time the brakes were used which was distracting after dark. An internet search showed this to be a known problem with the Tahoe.

Worth noting that the Alano DO need the DVLA check codes for paper licenses. Also, despite pre-registering, we were not accepted at the automated Alamo kiosks and had to join the standard queue.

This is an amazingly good value service, I worked in car rental for many years and this rental experience was well beyond my expectations! We were even upgraded to a a larger vehicle for free. Will most definitely re use in the future.

Loved every one of the 1500 miles we clocked up!

The People at Alamo were pleasant & efficient, didn't try and sell us things we didn't need and bumped us FOC from a Tahoe to a Suburban as our original choice unavailable - all of which was welcome after a long flight - would recommend on overall experience.

I used the self service check in desks at Orlando with Alamo which saved lots of time as the main desk was busy. Only negative was that the size of car was smaller than expected (wanted a Chevvy Tahoe but got a Dodge Durango) but where it lacked in size it made up for in luxuries as it was brand new. Great service-especially the Gold Package.
