The car was fine. But it was not ready when we arrived. Like several other clients at the time we waited 30-45 minutes for our cars to be brought out. This is despite me signing up for the "fast" service. The Tampa car handling staff were nice enough but it was chaos and essentially understaffed. Several customers were very angry.

Very impressed with whole process from initial booking to collecting the car (using self serve kiosk) and then final drop off. Really happy with choice of car. Will use US Car Hire again when next travelling to America.

Why oh why, after all these years do you still insist on trying to get customers to upgrade unnecessarily. Okay, it's just mildly annoying but why do it at all? I had a 7 seater fullsize SUV. It was as big as our villa. To have it suggested that for my family of 2 adults and 3 children it was far to small is just pathetic. It's not even funny. Why do it? I wonder if one person booked a mini-van, would you try to persuade him it was too big? Please please, give it a rest.

Had to put all our details into the kiosk so only quicker if the desks are busy. Apart from that car great, no problems at drop off, well organised.

Unable to use the Alamo kiosk at orlando international despite signing up to it again! Sadly this did mean a massive queue and after the flight delay was a little annoying.

Booking the car hire using the US Car Hire website was straightforward and easy and all confirmation e-mails and subsequent information were received promptly with no unnecessary e-mail spam. We used the auto kiosk when picking up the car and this proved simple enough although adding driver details again when this had already been done on the website booking was somewhat frustrating. However this was still quicker than queuing at the desk. An attendant at the pick-up location then helpfully confirmed our booking and checked ID's before assessing our party (a family of 5 with three small children and a lot of luggage!) and immediately suggested a free upgrade to a slightly larger version of the vehicle class we had booked. This added value service was truly appreciated and the children loved the car especially the third row seating which meant loads of space for everyone (and all of their toys that had to come on every trip!) Drop off at a different location was simplicity itself with very helpful staff and a very fast and efficient service. Overall an excellent experience of a service that I would use again and recommend to others.

Booked a 7 seat SUV 6 months before I travelled, shopped around and could not find anyone cheaper that US Car hire. Very good experience will us again on my next trip to the US. Highly recommended

Overall experience was good but I find it is never fully clear what is best way to deal with fuel. Do I have to buy a tank that is a separate cost to the hire and do I return full or empty /

This is the second time I use uscarhire to rent a car in the US and I am for the 2nd time a very happy customer. I had some questions which I asked through mail before renting and they were all answered within an hour, evening on a sunday night! Great customer service!

Excellent Service at point of collection from Dulles International Airport. Was given a choice of vehicle that we would like to use in our FFAR category. Free bottles of cold water given on arrival. Excellent Customer Service.
