I would recommend US Car Hire to everyone. Before I booked with US Car Hire, I compared prices with other rental companies, and USCH was BY FAR THE MOST INEXPENSIVE! Their services were informative, timely, and professional. There was no gimmick.....the transactions were authentic, and my rental was avaiable upon arrival. Hignly recommended!

Estava um pouco receosa em usar a US CAR HIRE por causa dos preços muito bons em comparação com outros sites, porém fiquei surpreendida com a facilidade de reserva e também com a seriedade apresentada. A única ressalva que faço é com a forma como o pessoal da Alamo nos trata, querendo empurrar mais serviços dizendo que não estão incluídos, mesmo estando. Sugiro fazer o cadastro da reserva no site da Alamo e utilizar os quiosques no aeroporto para evitar este contato. O carro é perfeito e estava em ótimas condições, limpo e bem conservado!! Vale muito a pena!!!!

alamo check in & out very good my only problem was when i was taken to my car and the gentlemen standing there waiting for a tip, he watched my wife and 13 year old son pull suitcases , all he said when we walked along was "ill find you a nice car." ( i thought thats what i paid for )and the pre paid fuel charges are a rip off $90 i hired a car not a truck. ( i have used us car hire a few times dollar rental a lot better and nearer at sanford airport)i will continue to use you as your website /prices are brilliant thankyou

Excellent service. Brand new car only 5 miles on the clock supplied by Alamo. Very quick, no nagging and very helpful staff. Will be using them again on my next visit to the states.

the automatic check in didnt work so a bit of a queue but the guy at the desk was helpful and efficent and the guy organising the car allocation was excellant and very helpfull ensuring the most suitable car was allocated from the range

The rental itself was fine and the car was exactly what we wanted and had ordered if a little larger than our expectations.However the engine oil almost ran out and had to be topped up-indicating poor pre-rental preparation. More annoying though was the Alamo reps attitude when picking the car up. He tried to "upgrade" us to the exact type of car we had ordered and paid for at an additional cost of $800. He became upset when we refused and there was a heated discussion before we persuaded him we did not want the upgrade-all we needed was the type of car we had ordered. We spoke to other UK visitors who had actually paid a lot of money for upgrades they did not need and were very unhappy.Seemed to be a blatant and unsatisfactory attempt to earn extra commission! Almost ruined the start of our holiday!

Excellent. Everything was included in the price, which the best I could find. Your voucher gave the hire company sales people no oppurtunity to push upgrades on me, which was great,I was directed to get the car of my choice from the category you booked me. I'll definitely use you again. Thanks.

Only took about 15 minutes to collect car but actual pick up at Miami was a bit chaotic. Several families just milling around with no clear idea of who to speak with. We were just thrust cars keys associated to vehicle type ordered and pointed to car. Really would have been nice to have a choice of make within type ordered and at least a quick tour of the cars controls. Whilst clean car had clearly been smoked in by previous renter.
