Husband upgraded car and that also proved simple. We use US Car hire for all our trips and recommend to our guests as we have never had an issue and response to queries or any changes made is always fast and efficient.

The final brilliance was the email a couple of dates in advance about the company trying to upsell on the day. They certainly did and the attendant was quite rude when I made it clear that we wouldn't be purchasing any extras. Great feeling to know we didn't fall for his tricks.

For a start the car was filthy inside and I have always paid for a full tank of fuel before taking the car and to return it empty. This is what I done on this occasion but when returning the car I was charged 100 dollars from my credit card for a full tank of fuel at extortionate airport prices and was led to believe when I had first arrived to collect the car that the lady behind the desk had already taken the payment of fuel from my credit card !!!

Constantly trying it on to secure extras at the desk. The save time facility actual cost us time, after inputting all information requested at the kiosk we were then directed back to the agents desk, the queue size now doubled.

He said they charge 3.23 while outside it would coust approx 5.00. I declined anyway, and subsequently found the cost of fuel frequently under the 3.20 mark, and never found any pump at the rate he was suggesting. Basically just a scan to sell the "return empty option" which in effect is never the case, you may return with say 25% full of gas you can't get a refund for.

The prices are always very competitive and the vehicles are all as described. Very happy with the service and will be using them again in March when I am in Atlanta.
