The upgrade was free as they didn't have a car in our class. You service on the other hand is superb. I dont know how you continue to deliver such good service and discounts in the face of the competition. Well done

Collecting the car from Alamo would have been easy and quick other than a VERY pushy guy on the counter who wanted me to upgrade, he wouldn't accept a 7 seater SUV was plenty big enough for the 3 of us, he only backed off when I asked to speak to a manager as I felt I was being harassed...

A rep from National told me she could help and these were brilliant - no hard sell etc. Got to the garage and they fetched us an almost brand new Expedition

Alamo easy to find. Staff very friendly and helpful. Actual car loaned was bigger than one booked! Sat nav not particularly good though. When returning car, vehicle accepted back by Alamo with minimal admin. Overall, very good experience.

Several times we have either had to wait for one to be delivered or just take what they have in the garage. We did get a 7 seater SUV but it was offered as "the only one we have, no more are coming" Alamo have a relaxed approach to their customer service and dont seem to care that they cant provide what is ordered

Book a car at this location I have nothing but positive comments about the service that I received from us car hire, I did have problems in the US with the car breaking down,(replaced with no hassle but a 40 mile drive with a car that was iffy) and a potential toll booth violation,that I wouldnt have been concerned about if I had known that the rental company covered it with a really good policy that they hadn't told us about. Still no complaints at all about hire company.first class.

Easy to order through web site. Only pay a deposit at start and then balance to pay a few weeks before, rather than other sites that pay all upfront. Also the fast track kiosks at Miami worked a treat and saved an hour's wait.

Quick and straight forward site to use and the best value. Pick up very easy but they do go on and on trying to get you to upgrade and add extras which we didn't want! Car was brand new with only 8 miles on it! Would definitely use US Car Hire again!
