The car we were offered on arrival was smaller than a Tahoe which was the indicative car. We actually upgraded to a suburban for $25 day which worked out considerably less expensive than if we had booked with yourselves.

Thank goodness we used Alamo check in and kiosk as the line was huge. Got free upgrade to Suburban.

At first I was a bit skeptical because the website didn't look as flashy as other car rental brokers, but I found the entire experience with Uscarhire very relaxed. Prices were very competitive and service was really quick and efficient. I never had to wait long to get a reply. Thanks Roulla for your patience and expertise. Will definitely come again!

US car hire great easy to use and good price and would defiantly use again. The problem we had was with the car hire firm Alamo, we arrived very late at the airport due to plane being delayed only to find no vehicles ready for us although we had done all prebooking and check in online. Had to wait 20-30mins for the vehicles to be brought round as there were no suvs of the grade hire, although there were ones with statnavs sitting their. We complained a number of time to the staff but they just kept saying the vehicles would be round in a minute Not happy another 1/2 hour on a 15hr journey

Very good generally. Efficient at the desk. The vehicle was clean and ready for collection immediately. We had it filled up with fuel for our ease which was a good idea. Easy to bring back and drop off.

When we collected the car the Clerk at the Tampa Alamo desk showed two of our party their screen and advised them that we did not have Enhanced Roadside assistance so we paid Alamo an extra $69 plus tax. We had infact prebooked this service via your site for $35. I only realised this error when we returned from our hols and have sent an E Mail to Alamo to try and get a refund but don't hold out much hope. Also we had a Chevrolet Tahoe which was meant to seat 7 however the legroom in the rear seat was so tight that no adult could comfortably sit there and as we had two teenage boys with us who are nearly 6ft tall we had to take turns sitting in the rear seat with our legs along to cushions rather than on the floor. If the car is advertised for 7 adults then it should comfortably seat 7 adults not 5 adults and two midgets.

Had to que 30 mins to get agreement had to wait 1.5 hours for car everything stayed in your website re not queuing etc was untrue the Alamo staff did not allow the kiosk check or provide an alternative vehicle when booked class was not available
