Absolutely disgusted with the vehicles and the service. I have booked car hire in the US 14 times now and I would not use or recommend your company again. I hired two cars, one car the air con did not work and my son had to drive more than an hour to the villa before he discovered this. It was too much trouble to make a two hour plus round trip to return this. My car leaked through the sun roof and the side panel at the passenger seat belt area below the "air bag" sign. At one point my wife was soaked from the rain coming in above her head and on her right shoulder. The main issue apart from the state of both cars was the fact that I was mis-sold a break down policy with an over enthusiastic, hard selling agent from your company. I tried to tell him I was already covered and he forced me to buy the policy through hard sell. I am disgusted at this treatment and I have emailed your company who have not refunded this cost. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN I CANNOT STRESS MY DISGUST AT YOUR STAFF WHO HOODWINKED ME INTO BUYING A POLICY I DID NOT REQUIRE THIS IS MISLEADING AND ILLEGAL

Very easy to use site and prices are very favourable, our car was from Alamo and pick up point as changed since I was last at Sandford. Carrying loads of cases such a long way is no fun.

Had booked a large SUV and expected a Chevy Tahoe or similar USCH clerk in Tampa airport sold us an upgrade ($250) GMC Acadia Really should have been a no charge alternative.

Very easy to deal with, everything went according to plan, the Alamo terminal at McCoy did not work for me despite pre registering, but the Alamo staff were very helpful and gave me a really cheap upgrade because of the problem. I have used US Car Hire before and i will defiantly use them again.

We have rentet cars with you several times when going to Orlando and have always been very satisfied. This time was an exception. We didn't get the car type we ordered. We have in our papers that we should get a Chevy Tahoe or similar and got a smaller vehicle. When we arrived we had been travelling for 36 hours so we didn't argue with the man in the desk. We did however tell him that we where supposed to get a bigger car, but he told us no.

Perfect car for us, I think we all miss it :). The only thing we can complain about is: Turnpike roads, there were several places we could not pay with cash when we ran into them. We learned this after a while. We will use you next time we go to USA, hope we are just as happy then. Thank you.

Quickly through the desk and car pick up only thing was the self service thing didn't work with a British licence so had to go to the desk

At the desk we were offered better car, Cadillac Escalade with a very friendly price. We took the Escalade and what a Car! Big, powerful V8 engine and enough space for all of us. Big thanks to Alamo!
