Unfortunately, only 2 people in the party actually made it to Florida (unforeseen circumstances). Although I couldn't get a refund on the 7 seater SUV (when there were only 2 of us left and didn't fancy driving around rattling away in such a large vehicle), we were given a sporty car instead which was great. This is the third time I have used US Car Hire and will definitely use them again.

Us car hire is always my 1st choice never had a problem and very easy to deal with also best prices Only problem I had was with Alamo on collection I had paid for a full tank of gas but was only 3/4 full at best but no one seemed interested and said the office was now closed !!!!!!!

Everything was great and very smooth apart from when we got to the car park we were given a car when we was told we would get a choice of everything under my car hire type. Still got a very nice car so did'nt complain.

good comparison prices and cheaper than booking direct with alamo, once arrived at orlando international i was able to just head straight out to parking lot to pick up car as had checked all details in online, didnt have to Q up or even use the self service check in computers at airport. Car already had gps inside so didnt have to upgrade or pay extra for gps. easily fitted family of 5 including luggage and a double buggy.

Booking through US car hire was excellent website easy to use confirmation and instructions received clearly. However Alamo experience was dreadful! Arrived prior to 9am to collect car at 9am. Wasn't given access to office to use service booth even though had registered for it, had to queue in the street to wait to get in. Was then told we had to queue to be served, I decided just to go ahead and use booth as per email. Followed instructions and then have to go and collect keys to be told they didn't have what we had ordered. By now this was gone 10am. A manager offered a minibus as replacement which we declined. Was then told they could get a car from the storage but it would need washing, vale ting and fuelling may take a while. After further complaining and another hour we collected a Chevy Tahoe, which although dirty inside we were happy to take as we had left luggage and parents at the hotel which we were supposed to have checked out of by 11! Not a pleasant experience in the Alamo office. We were not the only customers experiencing these problems. Staff also tried to sell us the extras including a sat nav (we took our own) but when we got in the car it already had sat nav.....glad we didn't pay extra for that. All in all a morning which should have been spent travelling enjoying the scenery instead a lot of stress.

We were never made aware at the desk to bring the car back full of fuel, if we had been done so, it would have been handed back full, were then ripped off for fuel at $4.95 per gallon by Alamo. And a full tank, when it had 1/4 full. Don't think will use again

Had absolutely no problems with any part of my car hire. Got what has to be one of the best cars I have ever driven. Only 7000 miles so nearly new. It had every extra you could think of from lane assist, colour reversing camera, built in sat nav and 3 section climate control. Loved every minute of driving it and did many many miles in it. This has to be my 8th time of using your website and I don't even look elsewhere now cause I know your safer and cheaper than using the actual rental company, pay upfront and get not hassle at the desk. Brilliant

We have used uscarhire many times without any problems at all, this time I made a massive mistake with the dates of my booking, I emailed my concern and Roulla corrected the dates within the day, a great company to deal with, and great customer care.
