Excellent service agian from US Car hire. Have used them the last 7 times to the US and had no issues whatsoever. Takes the hassle out of comparing different rental sites and always seems to come up with the cheapest. prompt and helpful responses to last minute queries or changes to the plan.

Alamo staff was helpful on arrival, we asked for this specific car, and the Alamo rep had to use some time to find it. Car was new and clean. New rental center at MIA is a great improvement compared to the old locations with shuttle buses.

The whole experience from first ordering to returning the car at the airport was first class. I can recommend Alamo's self service kiosk for skipping the queue at the airport. The car was excellent.

The booking process was quick and efficient.The ony downside to our experience was that the girl on the alamo desk at Orlando told us that the Chevrolet Tahoe was not large enough for 5 people and our luggage and convinced us to pay for an upgrade to a larger vehicle. We were lucky that the gentleman who saw us later informed us that the original car was big enoughand cancelled the upgrade.

Bit of confusion at the desk as to my prepaid preferences but apart from that all went smoothly this was our second time using uscarhire and will use them again on our next trip.

The car was excellent, new and spotless. Staff friendly and willing to help and had little time to wait when picking up the car. Dropping off the car was merely a case of parking up. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would recommend this company to family and friends.

Hi The clerk at the alamo office at miami told me lies in order to make force to pay more and get an upgrae fortunately I did not pay attention and I have gotten the car that I have made the reservation. The clerk told me there are not cars on my paid category or lower so I had to pay more. Never pay attention to the lies the car rentals tell you in order to steal your money. Us car hire is very good to get your rental car. i am very happy using their service, web site and great prices. Francisco Correa

I picked the car up during a thunderstorm and was intitially quite happy. However, after a couple of days I noticed that the car was rather dirty inside and full of bumps and scratches on the outside. This wasnt up to the standard I expected from Alamo (who i previously hired through). I picked the option to fill my tank up in advance (at uscarhire), which i did. But i was immediately given a $120 dollar bill for not returning it full. I complained about this and was made to feel like an idiot, by the rental staff. Even though it was not my fault. In future, i would appreciate a better service by counter staff and a better awareness of their job and of course a car worthy (clean/free of scrathes etc) of my £440 rental charge.

2nd time using USCarhire website and pleased with ease of use and service on both occasions. Very competitive prices when compared against direct booking with the suppliers. Initially booked a Chevrolet Tahoe but upgraded to a Lincoln Navigator at additional cost on arrival. Alamo service was fairly efficient (some delay on ability to produce the vehicle at the pick up point was met with a slight discount without asking for it). Vehicle was in first class condition and a pleasure to drive with all the hitech toys including built in satnav (an extremely useful gadget)

We were completely "conned" into an expensive upgrade which we didn't need and anyhow should have been provided as an equivalent 7 seater Fullsize SUV which we had ordered. Its difficult for non-US people to know all the different model variants. This, after waiting in queue for an hour as the auto-pick up system doesn't work for cars requested from outside the US. Alamo again?...never
