Wow what a service. Having had to cancel booking due to government restrictions. I called the help number, the young lady who picked up the phone could not have been more helpful, polite, and jolly. She gave clear instructions and checked that I had understood.

I emailed as instructed and within minutes received notice that a full refund was being processed.

Once traveling is allowed again I will not hesitate to use US hire and recommend to friends and family.

Unfortunately, due to the ban on flying from the UK to the US because of Covid 19 we had to cancel our car hire. Within a few hours of emailing the cancellation I received a confirmation that no charges would be applied. Great service!!

I cannot express how disappointed my family where of not going on our dream holiday because of the travel ban. Very hard times for everyone around the world. I had to cancel my car hire and within hours of doing so I got an email acknowledging it. This company by far shines out like a beacon and is unbelievable in answering questions and looking after customers. I would highly recommend using this company on the grounds of both service and price.

We had to make a change to our booking and they helped us quickly and told me the cheapest way.

Unfortunately we have now had to cancel due to travel restrictions to the USA. Within an hour of contacting them they responded with a personal email and have processed a full refund.

This team is superb in my opinion and when the holiday is rebooked I will only look to use this company.

I have used this company several times over the last 7 or 8 years and can honestly say the service is second to none. I have never had an issue when collecting cars. If you have a query, Carolyn will respond to you so promptly that you will be shocked by the speed of her response. I personally would not consider using any other company for car rental in Florida. I would definitely recommend this company.

Have used US Car Hire 4 or 5 times now. I don‚t even bother looking anywhere else now. The last 2 times I‚ve had to contact them for questions or because I made a mistake, replies were quick, informative and required no further questions from me. We hired a car from Miami airport for 4 days in January. The service was excellent, price much cheaper than booking direct with the car hire company or any other websites I checked.

Any questions I had were answered within hours.

We have already started looking at hiring again with them for California next year.

Would highly recommend them.

After having problems getting my credit card to work, Carolyn replied quickly to my emails and explained that it was happening to a few people then suggested a solution. She stays with you till the problem is sorted and we were OK to board a 10hr flight with no hire car confirmation thanks to the confidence she gave us- how rare is that these days? As soon as we reconnected in US the confirmation emails were there and we’re now here and settled with 4 weeks of our chosen car hire - no problems at all.

I have been using US Car Hire for a few years now and the customer service from Carolyn is simply the best, I know that Carolyn is always there for me, with no problem to much trouble, due a license issue I had Carolyn had to change arrangements a number of times. But once my license was sorted the day before I was due to leave, Carolyn was able to sort my booking out, and as a full time wheelchair user who books hand controls for me I would not go anywhere else, and I always ask for Carolyn to book as she has great knowledge of the whole system. Cannot say enough of their fantastic customer service

Carolyn Parry has been an absolute god send after my father taking poorly suddenly and all the stress that has been involved in that whilst being abroad. Had to cancel our reservations for Xmas as he’s not fit to travel after heart surgery. The relief of her doing this for us has been a massive weight of our shoulders with all the other issues. Have used US Car Hire twice in the past and have never had any issues from booking right through to collecting the car at Orlando. Just booked for our 3rd time for 2020 and after booking we decided that we wanted to change to a different vehicle type. Within no time Carolyn had it sorted with no hassle whatsoever. 1st class customer service as always and a price that was so much cheaper than booking direct with Alamo, i had to double check i had entered the correct dates! Wouldnt book with anyone else

I have always used US Car hire for all my rentals when travelling to the US as they have competitive prices, website is easy to navigate and booking process it straight forward.

Today proves why I use them as I made an error on my booking, did not notice until last night (wrong month) 4 days before our departure.

I received a prompt reply to my email ( thanks Carolyn ) meant I could get some sleep! And all sorted.

Absolutely fantastic and hassle free service. Emailed to change not only my dates but destination airport as well due to collapse of Thomas Cook. Nothing was too much trouble, there were no hidden costs, no lengthy forms to fill in. It was so simple to do and sorted within a couple of hours
