I must state that uscarhire have excellent staff! I have just completed all the "paper work" of our car rental for our forthcoming holiday in the USA.Roulla was very thorough,prompt and efficient in processing our car rental agreement.I would recommend this company very highly and plan to use it again for any future trip. I was very pleased with the satnav unit, especially the extremely useful additional pre-programmed points of interest files you had included, which seemed to cover every destination that we needed (and much more). Hi Just back having hired 2 cars with you for 2 weeks. We have around 20 past hires with you , all trouble free and having chosen Budget or Alamo on most occasions. We have found the rentals ot be trouble free, amendments have been made easily with no penalty and pre-registration a big bonus saving time in lines at hire desks. This last trip was the firt occasion we have been unfortunate enough to suffer a minor ‚no fault‚ accident. We were simply given a replacement car, no problem with excess charges or lack of cover with the hire package. Altogether very reassuring so we shall continue to hire with US car hire and recommend to friends and family.

Just like to say what brilliant service we had from Roulla Dicarlo and US Car Hire. We hired a car so we could drive from Vegas to San Francisco, dropped this off at the airport and picked another one up from Vegas airport to drive to Grand Canyon. We changed our minds on the dates etc. but nothing was too much trouble. We went for the gold option on both occasions and everything was included and we did not have to pay for any extras - my big worry was being hassled when we collected the cars but we had none of that. First hire was with Dollar and everything went smoothly. Second hire was with Alamo where we were given a far better car than we had paid for - Chevrolet HHR - my husband fell in love with it! I can‚t thank US car hire enough for all the help and assistance. Brilliant!

what a very very helpful lady roulla is ! i really mean it i emailed to ask about an upgrade to a bigger car and she upgraded me at no extra charge , but also every time i emailed they replyed very fast and nothing seemed to put them out, i will definatley be using this company again and will be reccomending them to EVERYBODY who needs to hire a car in florida ! its soooooo refreshing to know that there is a fantastic company with amazing customer service skills in this day and age its the way every company should opperate peter boyle glasgow

Unfortunately we had to cancel our car hire at 24 hours notice owing to a family death. Roulla was quick to respond, cancelling the booking and refunding us without any argument. we‚ve used this company several times before and as well as providing a competitive and hassle free package, the service follow up is great should you need it. needless to say we‚ll use them again.
