I am so impressed with this company and the service they provide. I have just had to cancel my car hire and they replied within 10 minutes to confirm my cancellation and offer me a full refund. Great Service...Quick to answer email queries and easy to add an extra day on before arrival. Picked up the Ford Mustang no issues, just be wary of luggage as only 2 medium sized cases will fit in the boot. After the first night the back window didn‚t close properly so just took back the next day and Alamo replaced it without any questions. Used before and will definitely use again for the next trip!

I have booked many rental cars now, I think about 13 & we have never had any problems. This is an excellent service & the addition of the extra Insurance has saved us a lot over time & we don‚t have to worry about not being covered. If you have a query or want to ask questions, you get a reply within a very short time. No complaints & I dont think you can go wrong with this company.

My husband and I had booked a car for a road trip in the northwest USA, but then had to cancel it less than 24 hours before when my mother-in-law had to go into hospital for a serious operation. Carolyn at US Car Hire was so helpful in sorting it out for us, getting us most of the money refunded. And when we were able to rebook a car (for a shorter period), she even got us a refund of the cancellation fee. She always responded very quickly to our queries and couldn‚t have been more helpful or pleasant.
