I always use this car company and never have any issues. Always a seamless process. What is really beneficial is you can make amendments free of charge which, in this current climate is necessary.

US Car Hire quoted the cheapest prices at the time of ordering. The ordering process was so simple and easy, the ability to pay bits off the final bill a bit at a time was handy. Our trip was cancelled and the refund process worked like a dream, I had the money back in my account within 2 days. If only all the companies dealing with covid cancellations was as smooth as this !!

Totally recommended as the reviews pre-covid give good reviews of the process once you get the car.

I had to rearrange my trip due to heart surgery, and when my new dates were certified, I contacted US CarHire and explained the situation, even although they came back with a slightly higher rental price. I was assured by Carolyn that as it was a nominal increase that my price would stay the same.

This is why I use this company, they go beyond where other companies don’t, to ensure you get the best deal going, great to know that their customers are at the heart of their company.

We live in the UK and always use US Car Hire. Due to pandemic we decided to move our trip to next September. Contacted US Car Hire via email and our booking was all changed very quickly with no hassle....also had a small refund..... we couldn‚t ask for more. Would highly recommend US CAR HIRE to anyone..

We are from the u.k. and we booked our car in march thinking that this pandemic wouldn‚t last until September, with the airline restrictions not allowing u.k. residents into Florida without quarantine, so I requested that if was possible to reschedule our car hire to may 2021, within a couple of hours had a email stating the car hire had been rescheduled for may 2021, and no increase in price, no penalty charge to change dates, also our enhanced insurance had been changed as well, what fantastic customer service, us car hire many thanks

I‚ve used UScarhire many times in the past, and the service has always been flawless. I unfortunately had to cancel this year‚s booking, due to covid-19 uncertainty, and Carol answered my query very swiftly, and processed refund within 24hrs. As soon as we‚re able to rebook, I won‚t book with anyone else!

I have been using US Car Hire for a number of years now and always found their service to be second to none.

Unfortunately due to the current travel restrictions to the US I had to cancel a booking and ERA. Carolyn was very helpful and efficient in getting the booking cancelled and a refund processed.

If only all companies were this helpful and efficient!

Rang around 12 noon today 8th July 2020, the change and emails were back with me by 2pm. Can anyone better that. Fantastic service , thank you.

Have now had to cancel our September holiday, due to COVID-19 restrictions. However, once again, Carolyn Parry has made the process smooth and worry-free. Full refund received today, 72 hours after our first contact. Back next year (fingers crossed for everyone). We will definitely book again with US Car Hire. Carolyn Parry was so very helpful and cancelled my car hire immediately as I had requested as well as the extra insurance that I had taken. This coronaviris was to blame as there are no flights to the USA from the UK. However when I need to book another hire car in the USA I will definitly use US Car hire.

Sadly had to cancel our holiday in Florida at the last minute due to the coronavirus outbreak but uscarhire.com refunded the money paid without fuss within a few days of emailing them. Reading some of the other testimonials it is obvious this is company that delivers on customer service in a big way and it is a joy to feel anxiety free when parting with our hard earned cash for car hire in the USA.
