I booked an Economy car for a 1 week stay for collection and drop off from Fort Lauderdale Int‚l, my destination, Port St Lucie and West Palm Beach. The pick up service was excellent, the young man who handed me the car ensured I was Ok with all the signals etc and keyed my destination in the GPS for me. Drop off was much the same, the young lady was very courteous and polite and the young man who I originally saw came over to enquire if I enjoyed my holiday. Other than an query for an additional cost I will definitely be using this company again and would highly recommend them. Excellent attentive service from Alamo

I have booked directly with Hertz for over 10 years, but there price this time for an Escalade was ridiculous, After having an email conversation with Carolyn , she convinced me to try US car hire, Ive booked a Luxury SUV, for 5 weeks in September, Ill let you know how I get on with pick up, BUT her customer service has been way beyond anything I have ever had from Hertz, Well Done Carloyn

Well once again absolutely first class service,, from the time my wife spoke to Roulla, regarding our car rental, due to long length of rental, could not fault in any way the the expert service and advise service we received absolutely first class. Also when arriving into Orlando once again found representative we saw when collecting our car our was hassle free,we were not asked or pushed to by extra insurance etc. We are just waiting for return flight dates to be published for this years 2016/2017 long trip, and will definitely be using US CAR Hire. Thank you once again for a super trouble free US Car Hire experience.
