We have used your company both before Covid and after and whilst having a problem with the site I am receiving help from Carolyn Parry. This lady has also helped me in the past I would like to say that she is a credit to your company and I am very pleased that she is still with you- look after her good employees are hard to find

I’ve used US Car Hire a number of times for my trips to the states & they regularly offer the best priced & most comprehensive car hire. Would definitely recommend them & I will be using them again.

Hi Carolyn.
Arrived back from Los Angeles yesterday and wanted to say thanks and let you know how smoothly our rental was at LAX.
After using the shuttle we were in and out of Alamo in a jiffy, having successfully used the kiosk without need for assistance from the staff on hand, the fact that it was pre-paid and all inclusive gave me peace of mind.
It is three years since I last rented in the US (with Avis) and this was a much better experience.
So all in all a good experience and I look forward to using your service for my next trip.
