Thank you for all your help, and the pre warnings of the tricks Alamo may try. You were right , they did try to charge me twice for the second driver, but I stood my ground and refused. Thank you , you saved me $98. Apart from that they were really quite good. I used the kiosk (Orlando International ) for check in. Much quicker.. I will certainly be using you again

I have been going to Florida for 25 years, and this is the first time I have used US Car Hire.

I have just asked them to upgrade my car 6 weeks before my holiday and it was done within 5 minutes. An excellent hassle free prompt and efficient service. All done by email.
