Hi, I made a reservation in march for a car to be used in july ,but due to circumstances my flight has been changed.

I‚ve used US Car Hire many times in the past and normally without any issues. However, due to a complete mess caused by my airline and changes in flight dates and then back to the original, this meant numerous emails to US Car Hire to rectify matters. I just want to say, before we fly out, that US Car Hire, and in particular Carolyn, have been superb throughout. Nothing has been to much trouble to sort and Carolyn has been a credit to the company. Use this company every time I go to the USA. My car is normally booked with Alamo who let you ‚check in‚ online to save waiting in the queue. Always had excellent service from US car hire and Alamo.
