Hi Just back having hired 2 cars with you for 2 weeks. We have around 20 past hires with you , all trouble free and having chosen Budget or Alamo on most occasions. We have found the rentals ot be trouble free, amendments have been made easily with no penalty and pre-registration a big bonus saving time in lines at hire desks. This last trip was the firt occasion we have been unfortunate enough to suffer a minor ‚no fault‚ accident. We were simply given a replacement car, no problem with excess charges or lack of cover with the hire package. Altogether very reassuring so we shall continue to hire with US car hire and recommend to friends and family.

had to cancel due to an emergency--- full refund with no arguing--we have used this company every time we have been in the states and can highly recommend. You only know how good a company is when you have a problem and they sort it out for you...A+++++++ as they say on ebay!
