everything went acording to plan and reasonable compared to usa websites.only problem was no booklet or car manual-not your prob though but perhaps a word with alamo?

Excellent service once again and thanks for helping me take advantage of Alamo‚s lower rates. Your response as always was fast and friendly. Earlier this year I had a car booked at the time of the Volcanic ash cloud and had all the uncertainty as to whether we would be able to fly or not. You went out of your way to help us offering a number of alternatives to our original booking. As it turned out we were able to fly out and back as planned, but it was a big help to know we had other options from US Car Hire. I would recommend US Car Hire to anyone who wants to hire a car for their Florida vacation .

Booked a couple of times with USCARHIRE and very impressed with the service I have had. I have had to make changes to my booking on more than one occasion, but its never a problem with these guys, and you dont get charged either. Look no further for care hire.

Ive had excellent customer service from US Car Hire. We booked one car to rent for two days in Florida, got the voucher well in advance and a really smooth service. I am currently still abroad and in the process of hiring a second car through this website! Fully recommended!!

Just received my voucher for car collection in November 2010. Entirely my fault I didn‚t check well enough on the booking receipt back in July that I had put the wrong collection and return airport!! Voucher therefore arrived incorrect.

Within 5 minutes of contacting USCarHire all amended and new voucher sent.

We have used US Car Hire for many years as we travel to America every year and have found that they are the cheapest around and what they quote you is all you have to pay (no hidden charges). We hire anywhere from Two to Seven vechicles and if we need to amend anything it is very simple and no hassle (If you are not sure how to do this, send them an Email and they will tell you how to do it) and we receive conformation of the changes within a very short time. I would and have recommended this company to anyone. Very good service, and we will continue to use their service in the future.

Short notice booking was no problem for this company. Changing dates due to NASA flight changes at shorter notice was no problem for this company. Arranging a second date change due to a difficult family circumstance was no problem for this company. Every contact was handled with ease and understanding, wouldn‚t go anywhere else from now onwards and a big thank you.
