Just received my voucher for car collection in November 2010. Entirely my fault I didn‚t check well enough on the booking receipt back in July that I had put the wrong collection and return airport!! Voucher therefore arrived incorrect.

Within 5 minutes of contacting USCarHire all amended and new voucher sent.

We have used US Car Hire for many years as we travel to America every year and have found that they are the cheapest around and what they quote you is all you have to pay (no hidden charges). We hire anywhere from Two to Seven vechicles and if we need to amend anything it is very simple and no hassle (If you are not sure how to do this, send them an Email and they will tell you how to do it) and we receive conformation of the changes within a very short time. I would and have recommended this company to anyone. Very good service, and we will continue to use their service in the future.

Short notice booking was no problem for this company. Changing dates due to NASA flight changes at shorter notice was no problem for this company. Arranging a second date change due to a difficult family circumstance was no problem for this company. But this year they have really helped us, as the airline we use had canceled our flight on the 25th dec, so i e-mail US car hire to explain that we are now going earlyer and they changed our car hireto the earlyer date! but it was taked car of so fast it was untrue !!!! So So quick

Just returned from Orlando and chose Alamo as car hire co. Thankyou for your service, will definately recommend you and Alamo, both excellent no problems at all. Just one tip to others, do remember to leave keys in car upon return and not in your pocket! Otherwise it is a sprint back to Alamo in 90 degrees of heat as my husband found!

Having patiently dealt with my queries during the ‚Volcanic Ash‚ disruptions, our plans fell apart anyway when we suffered a death in the family 24hours before we were due to depart. Your staff dealt with our situation promptly, courteously and professionally.

Thank you for your excellent service and communication. You were also the cheapest car hire on the internet for the vehicle we needed. We rented a Dodge Caravan for 7 people with Budget at Orlando airport. Everything went to plan when we went to collect the van. Budget offered extra insurance that we declined as we had paid in full with US car hire. We were given a brand new vehicle with low mileage and everything was perfect. There were no extra charges and no issues with pick up or drop off. I would highly reccommend your company and would definately book with you again. Thank you, Nicky Cole, Canada
