The booking process, pickup and drop off were flawless. (It was nice to be able to pick the car I wanted when I arrived in the US too!) I always prefer to book hire cars myself and this is one less thing to worry about - I will certainly be recommending uscarhire to my family and friends.

My only concerns are with Alamo offering the road side assist and charging me for it despite the fact that I had already purchased it via your site when booking. I showed them what I had yet they continued to charge me. When coming off a long haul flight from Africa, I am sure you will agree that your brain does not function to full capacity. I have lodged a complaint to get a refund but I feel nothing will be done. Lesson learned - Pay more attention when signing forms at the desk.

The whole experience was very straightforward,from booking to drop off. Hard to find fault, with the exception of the counter agent trying to 'up' the package.

As ever, the Union Station team were fantastic. They were extremely busy due to Thanksgiving, but when I asked for a specific car they went out of their way to move three other vehicles to let me rent it. Great experience and the car was lovely.

Incredible they gave me a car with out licence plate¡¡¡ and you can imagine all the trouble that that caused in my trip and in one hour later came back to change , forgot sonmething in the car and they did nothing. They told me the car now is in other parking lot and can not do anything ¡¡¡ that is customer service?

Picked the car up early on 14th November after a cruise. I'd done the online check in and and was told to go straight to the garage and pick a car. Managed to pick a Terrain with only 200 miles on the clock so was well satisfied. Handed my licence and credit card to the attendant at the exit who gave me my car hire contract and we were on our way. Overall an excellent experience and will recommend Alamo and US Car Hire and already booked them for my trip next May.

There were no standard SUVs available, so I was upgraded into the Cadillac SRX. It was beautifully clean inside and out and a wonderful car to have. As ever, the Union Station team were great to rent from.

Firstly I would like to say that i would definitely use US Car Hire again and most probably Alamo as the preferred car hire supplier. However, I would like to say a few things that i do hope you pass onto Alamo!! I had booked a Jeep Cherokee with Sat Nav and the rather abrupt (probably under pressure) Alamo representative (most un American behaviour!) passed me onto a Hyundai Santa Fe with no Sat Nav! I mentioned to her that the Santa Fe was not an equivalent car to the Jeep (which it most definitely is not!) and in taking the car, there was no Sat Nav!! She ignored my comment regarding the standard of car and i decided to move on and not get into an argument. My dissatisfaction comes from the fact that I was given a lesser car with no Sat Nav that i had paid for!! I am not necessarily looking or asking for money back, but i believe the right solution should be an offer of a substantial reduction on my my next car hire with Alamo - i.e.., a credit for the future. I do hope you pass my comments onto Alamo!!!

Total pain free experience from the booking process through to the Car Hire return at the end of our holiday. Used the Alamo Car Hire Kiosk at Orlando International Airport. Found this process "speedy" and straightforward. Would certainly recommend US Car Hire.
