When we arrived at Boise Airport everything went very smoothly as usual except we were meant to be picking up a standard SUV which was a Jeep Grand Cherokee or similar .We were actually given a Chevy Equinox,which we have had in the past as a midsize SuV.As there were 4 of us and our luggage we could not even fit in the car.The last 2 years we have been there and used your rentals we have had a Ford Explorer as a standard Suv a much larger car than a Chevy Equinox??Consequently we had to upgrade at considerable cost to a Chevy Traverse to the tune Of about US$1500. As you can see i think there is some confusion between your company and Alamo as to what size vehicle a standard SUV is.I have used and recommended your company to many friends and this has been the first glitch I have encountered .However it was a hard way to start a long term rental.

El proceso de renta en su sistema fue realmente muy rapido, incluso con mucha amabilidad al momento de expresar un requrimiento especial. En la rentadora ningun problema, muy sencillo el proceso tanto para recoger como para devolver la unidad, la cual se adapto perfecamente a nuestra necesidades. Siempre usamos el servicio de USCarHire, es excelente!

Used uscarhire a number of times and always been happy. Pickup in San Francisco was fine although as usual the staff at the desk tried to sell additional add ons, extra insurance, satnav and recovery. We visited a few States with below freezing temperatures and the windscreen wash froze which I thought was poor. Vehicle ran fine and only had 6000 on the clock on pickup. Will be using uscarhire on our next trip.

Everything was very straightforward. Alamo had more agents on than in previous years, making huge difference to time. We discovered a slow puncture after a couple of days, and vehicle replacement was immediate. Entire experience hiccup free. Thanks

Overall an excellent experience from booking to returning the car. I would recommend US Car Hire to anyone. The web site is easy to use and I find there prices are as competitive as any I have seen. I've already booked my car with them for 2015.
