Really was stress free. The only thing i will say is if you pay for a gps unit make sure you have one from the vendor. Overall i wish i got a bigger vehicle and i will get bigger next time. Great service and very uncomplicated. Sign up for the use of the Alamo Kiosk and beat the ques at the airports.

Not very happy we originally wanted a jeep grande cheroke but when we were shown to our veichle it was a Nissan pathfinder Not very clean the radio only had one station it was a 7 seater far too big for our needs We have used your company several times and this is the first time we have had any problem

hi,i did pre order a car in march for my holiday in oktober. I made a reservation for a grand Cherokee and made it very clear in my e-mails that I wanted that car. When I got to the rental outlet all that was left was a Hyundai santa fe, offcourse a mid class suv, and if you read the terms its that car, or a simulare one. I made a reservation 7 months up front, not 1 month! i have to say I was very disapointed , a nice (american) car is the extra holiday feeling, so I took the upgrade to a suburban, but had to pay extra and did not need such a big car or the extra costs! its like you can look in the candy jar, but you wont get one! All to gether: disapointment is the keyword here

Picking up and returning car was easy. Car itself was fine except that it had had a dog in it and the hairs were still on the seats. I am allergic to animal hairs and this caused a bit of discomfort.

The US Car Hire Service was easy to use and excellent value, until we actually arrived at Alamo - they very clearly do not approve of anyone booking via an external agency and not direct with Alamo. Staff were to the point of rude when they discovered we had taken roadside assistance via your site and did not require theirs. Also, the SatNav did not work and the car's charger did not work (fuse) so we were unable to use SatNav (not very helpful on a touring holiday). We also returned the car a day early. Because we did not book with Alamo they could not authorise any refund either for the SatNav or the early return. Eventually and after much persuasion, by refusing to leave, they asked what we thought would be reasonable to compensate for the SatNav (they absolutely would not refund for early return). They agreed to send a cheque for $50 which we have not yet received.

Everything was all ok with the booking although we had paid for a GPS unit, when we picked the vehicle up we were advised that this should have been sent to our home address in the UK. The representative gave us a complimentary GPS unit to use. Perhaps you could advise me that this is correct. We do intend to go back to Florida next year in June and would use your company again. Very quick and easy again. (Third time) We used the pre check in on the kiosk, no problems. The only negative thing was that we were expecting a Jeep Grand Cherokee but there were none! Apart from not getting the model we wanted we would use you again, however it would be nice to provide the model we ordered.
