hello i had a very good experience whit Your car hire. it was a good car in many ways, sutch as low fuel use , good ac, safe to drive. good looking car as well. and it was easy t6o retur the car at the airport.. i will be using Alamo in the nexst trip to the us :)

Muy mal servicio de álamo y la mujer que me atendió muy grosera. Me dijo que no podía poner más de una persona extra de manejo pues me cobraría. Yo le comenté que tenía derecho de 5 driver por qué reserve el nivel gold y no me lo acepto MUY MAL SERVICIO DE ÁLAMO, MUY DECEPCIONADO.

My Tampa flight was cancelled and I had to be rebooked on a flight the next day arriving at Orlando instead. What should have been a simple matter of calling Alamo and asking them to change the pick up date and location became a complete nightmare when the refused to budge on the details as it had been booked though an agency (ie: yourselves). As this happened on a weekend all I could do was email you and ask if you could change it for me. I did receive a response after a few hours, but only to say that Alamo "should hold the car for me" with no reference to the fact that the most important thing here was the change of pickup point from Tampa to Orlando. Hence a long and frustrating bus journey from Orlando to Tamp courtesy of British Airways just so I could pick my car up from the originally designated point. Alamo informed me that if I had booked directly with them I could have changed the pick up point and date with a single phone call (and they work 24x7) which is something I will have to bear in mind for future visits. I would imagine that flights get cancelled and rerouted on a regular basis so you really should have some mechanism in place to deal with this contingency. Not good enough, US Car Hire!

Excelent service from US Car Hire! They accomodated all my requests and definetely it was cheaper than leasing it directly with Alamo. Before of Alamo's clerks though. I booked a Standard SUV. Before my arrival to MCO I did a reaserch on the available SUV's at MCO (otherwise I would have fallen for that). I knew that they had a variaty of SUVs but when I arrived at Alamo's reception the clerk told me that they only had available two of the smallest SUVs in the market. We told them that we were 4 with luggage and she said that we would not fit there with luggage, she strongly recommended to change to a FULL SUV. Since I knew they had more, I insisted to her that any of those options was ok but that I would choose the SUV at the partking lot. She agreed and when I arrived at the parking lot I found all the other SUVs at my disposal. I obviously chose a Mazda CX-9 which has huge for us!! Everything fit perfectly!

It was easy, the system was great and I would just recommend you. I had been warned by people about pricing tricks when hiring a car - there was none of this with you. It was all very fair.

everything was great from start to finish - service great all round - loved the car and will defo use again in the future, as per i have used you previous too. Only downside is pick-up point of car as the other car companies are closer to the main terminal - with all the cases and two young kids it was a difficult walk down to where alamo is positioned - come drop off time, I just dropped everything/bodies at the terminal door and took the car to return myself, this made the return trip to the terminal easier than with cases and kids etc redoing the walk - but as i said overall very pleased and would recommend etc and use again too.

No problems with booking and changes to arrival / departure airport pick-up and late change to vehicle types all handled without fuss. Only hiccup was that you can't use a UK driving licence with the Alamo self service kiosk but the Alamoa website doesn't tell you this so go straight to the rental counter.

BOOKING WITH US CARHIRE WAS VERY EASY WITH NO PROBLEMS,EVEN WHEN I EMAILED TO CHANGE DATES EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY.ALAMOS PICK UP AND DROP OFF AREAS WERE FAST AND EASY,ONLY VERY SMALL COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THERE WASNT ENOUGH VARIETY OF VEHICLES TO CHOOSE FROM,I HAD BOOKED A STD SUV,APART FROM THE GMC I CHOOSE,ALL THE OTHER SUVs AVAILABLE WERE DODGE JOURNEYS,WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE MORE CHOICE.OTHERWISE EVERYTHING WAS SPOT ON,THANK YOU USCARHIRE.
