All went easily to plan. Thanks for the notes on using the kiosk. Also appreciated the advice notes detailing not to accept unnecessary extras, so easy to misread or misunderstand these things when checking in. Good car and great value for money

Fantastic service, allows me to select options and services I feel suit us best(!!!). We really like the service offered and really do appreciate the ability to book it all and not be hassled for more options/costs/have your wallet emptied at the desk for the car pick up!!!!

Easy to use website, covered all your requirements, easy check in at Orlando, picked our car from a wide choice at the pick up car park, had a Ford Explorer for 8 days which accommodated 4 cases easily, great to drive didn't want to give it up! Easy drop off at the end would thoroughly recommend and no hassle. Thank you US car hire

Smooth and fairly quick process at the kiosk although despite pre-registering we still had to enter all the same details at the kiosk - but still much quicker than past. Great to be able to choose your car with Alamo. We were lucky a car was just being driven in with only 1500 miles on clock and relatively high spec so we choose this over the other ones already there. On return avoid the two filling stations just north of Orlando airport then card over $4 per gallon ,

Really easy to get a good deal from and very fast on response. I'm recommending USCarHire to all my friends and colleagues who are going to visit the US now. Ended up with a Dodge Journey from Alamo which I really enjoyed driving and eased any concerns about driving on the right in a left hand drive automatic vehicle. Just do it!

Pre-holiday everything went smoothly. Uscarhire's website was easy to navigate and price was good. The alamo booths in orlando airport were great. Here's where i thought things could improve. Alamo's paperwork did not match up with uscarhire! I had to queue up to debate the issue. I ended paying an extra two days hire having lost the debate and seccumbing to the impatience of my family and the friendly persistence of the Rep. Its something i need to chase up. When we went to choose the suv (which are quite small) i had a choice of two cars and a pickup! Rubbish. I asked for an upgrade and was politely refused. I ended up paying for an upgrade to a seven seater, which was much better. Returning the car was easier than thought! Mixed emotions about it all...great holiday, nice people, nice clean car...will take a different approach to my car hire next time.

The whole process was very easy to do. The only problem I had, which wasn't really a problem, Alamo would not let me register with them in order to allow me to use their self checking booths. I ordered a Jeep Cherokee or similar, however Alamo didn't have any, but I was offered a large selection of alternative SUV's or mini vans that were actually better than what I'd requested. The vehicle I selected had a few minor dents and scrapes which Alamo promptly informed me of and recorded on my documents. They said this was so I wasn't blamed for the damage. If I was being picky, I would say the vehicle could have been cleaned a little better in the interior or the vehicle. The vehicle came with an array of extras including a DVD player & reversing camera. Directions to collect and return the vehicle were easy to follow. Overall I'm very happy with the whole experience and I would recommend USCar Hire and Alamo.

Excellent vehicle.No problems using the self service terminals at your depot in Los Angeles.There were long queues for the rental desks so was grateful for being able to use the terminals.This is one of the main reasons I book through yourselves.Only downside was you turned the vehicle out without water in the windscreen washer reservoir.I filled it up before I returned it to Las Vegas depot.Many thanks for a great travel experience.
