The SUV we rented provided everything we needed, was clean and tidy and in good condition. No issue with that at all.For some reason the quick, self service kiosk had details of our booking, but wouldn't allow us to proceed with the booking. That meant the proverbial wait in a queue as there never seems to be sufficient Alamo staff on Thanksgiving afternoons. It also meant we had to listen to the sales pitch for extras and fuel, none of which we needed because of the excellent advice and service you provide. Overall, the ordering of the SUV, the driving of it, and the returning process could not have been better. Over to Alamo check in for the 'could do better' bit.

This is my third time using this service. US Car Hire provide the cheapest and easiest car hire service for international travellers that I've been able to find online. My only gripe is that some of the vehicle models used in the description (such as Grand Cherokee or similar) are not even part of that particular companies fleet. Whilst only a minor annoyance, it's a little misleading as this did influence my initial decision. However it did NOT change my decision to re-book with US Car Hire on future occasions now that I knew what models to expect at that particular location.

Everything fine except the kiosk booking process at the Alamo office is a waste of time. It asked for all our details again the after 10 minutes sent us to the counter queue where the agent started the process again.

Alamo tried to upgrade us at the airport - with their luggage capacity being 1 suitcase less than online. Luckily being regular customers we knew to avoid the pressure to upgrade. We also were under no illusion to pre purchase the rank of gas.

When we arrived at Orlando Airport I realised that I had not ordered on line a big enough car and so the gentleman was very helpful and explained the sizes and offered us another car, higher specifications at a very good price. He was a very pleasant and helpful member of staff.
