Alamo in Walt Disney World will pick you up from your accommodation for free.

Alamo Kiosk gave some problems (due to 2nd driver name) but a very friendly Alamo lady took us to front of the line and made sure we were on our way in minutes. Small selection of cars (2) at Alamo Tampa but we were very happy with our choice. No issues at the return either, again friendly Alamo staff.

I upgraded from a standard SUV to a Traverse (a 7-seat SUV, “Full size” I believe) for around USD 150 more for the 8 days, since I was going to travel all the way from New Jersey to Florida. I also paid USD 300 to deliver the car at a different rental office, which is much lower than what you usually pay in other rental sites. To sum it up, I'll surely keep using uscarhire as I've been for many years now!

Only the SUV I was looking foreward to hire was not available, they were all already hired, so I had to choose from pretty much what was left. Another remark was that the car we hired did not had its original key, so keyless entry was not possible and every time you enter the car the alarm would go off.

The self-registration at Orlando was a blessing as it was much quicker then standing in the queue and the system was very easy to use. Being able to choose your own vehicle from a range in the lot was another bonus - only available with Alamo - which allowed us to pick the model that suited our needs very well. The car itself was clean and in great condition. I would thoroughly recommend US Car Hire and Alamo

We were a little nervous about using the Alamo kiosks, but there is so much information on the US Car Hire website FAQ's that it really was simple. We had printed off our documents within 5 minutes, then straight to the garage to pick our car. Will definitely be booking with US Car Hire again - no added fees and you don't get pressured into extra insurance/satnav or any of the other extras. Perfect!

Rented from you in December 2014 had to return that vehicle with steering problems also. I dont understand how anyone who drives the car after it is returned do not notice that there are problems, and they are returned straight back in to the system for unsuspecting customers. More care must be taken to ensure the safety of your customers,while providing this service. I will return as a customer as the staff when we have had to return the vehicles have been wondeful, but the time spent returning the vehicle does put a dent in your holiday time.

I'd already completed the online check-in, and a guy from another hire company helped me process the paperwork on one of the Alamo fast check-in machines. Very nice car in very clean condition and low mileage. Happy with my choice.
