Shops and Restaurants at Premium Outlets Part 2 - Orlando / Florida Guide
Florida Guide > Shopping
On your way to the shops at Premium Outlets you will find one of the most popular restaurants located on the left, Bahama Breeze. In holiday periods there is often a long waiting list for dinner particularly on warm nights when it is great to sit outside. Music which includes reggae and Caribbean is played in the outdoor area on a regular basis. The restaurants somewhat quieter at lunchtime but you need to be there shortly after 12 noon to ensure you do not have to wait for a table. In busy periods if there are only two of us we often opt to eat at the bar.
At lunchtimes when you do not always want as much to eat the Crab claws St Thomas are very good and last time we went I just had theses along with a warm spinach dip with chips. They also do a great tropical fruit and chicken salad.
For dinner we often do not have an appetizer and last time my brother had Filet Mignon Steak with garlic mash and broccoli while I had Shrimp Linguine and we shared a warm chocolate pineapple upside down cake. I must admit we love to eat here when there are just the two of us (easier to get seated) after a serious evening’s shopping.
As you leave Bahama Breeze and head towards the outlets you will see the Golf Outlet on your left. We are not golfers but guests at our villa say they have had some very good bargains here.
Also along this stretch of road is Panera Bread which has indoor seating as well as a very pleasant outdoor seating area. They do a great selection of soups here including Broccoli Cheddar, Black Bean, Tomato, Vegetables with Pesto and my own favourite French Onion. As their name suggest they have some lovely breads as well as appetising sandwiches.
Just before you turn into the outlets you will see a very impressive catholic church on your right I believe it can be so busy that their have sheriffs to control the traffic at festive periods.
The entrance to Premium Outlets is well sign posted and you can either turn in here or proceed straight on to the overflow car park. No matter what time of day or night you visit the car parks are usually very busy.
If possible we like to turn it at the first exit and you can often find a space at the rear of the Ralph Lauren and Timberland outlets. Valet parking is also available at Premium Outlets but we have yet to use it.
