Shops and Restaurants at Premium Outlets part 6 - Orlando / Florida Guide
Florida Guide > Shopping
Many people do buy extra suitcases but because we have our own villa we are fortunate enough to be able to leave the majority of our holiday clothes there so can afford to fly out with nearly empty suitcases. However if you do feel you might need to buy one (they are readily available all over Orlando not just at Premium Outlets) it might be worth investigating the extra luggage costs before you go. I am not quite sure if you can do this but it might be cheaper to pre book an extra case when you make your original booking than pay for the extra weight. If you have failed to do this again check with the airline which is the cheaper option an extra case or additional weight.
Last time we went as well as printing the paper out to get our free voucher book I also printed out some of the current offers that would be on when we were there. Previously I had always presumed these were the same as in the voucher book but this year I found out this was not always the case. My Father had already got 25% off his purchases at Ralph Lauren so we headed to Nine West where we had got another voucher for.
Nine West as they often have had an offer on “Buy One Get One Free”- hence my Mother and I spent the next hour there! Throughout the year they always have a selection of winter boots although they obviously have far more in the winter months. My Mother stocks up every time she goes boots in the winter and sandals in the summer as well as the odd handbag. The assistant who served us asked to look at our voucher and in addition to their offer gave us additional discount so we really did get some bargains.
My Father went off to Rockport and bought a lovely pair of shoes using a voucher he had found locally.
We had my brother with us on our last visit and he and my niece headed off to Lacoste his favourite shop. Although there are some great bargains to be had here they often tend to be in extreme sizes either very large or very small. This time he could not find anything in his size but his daughter came back very happy with a polo shirt.
My brother then went off on his own to shop at Diesel, Levis (where you can sometimes be limited to x amount of jeans) whilst we took the girls for a treat at Toysrus.
Other stores in this area that we didn’t have time to go to were Armani Exchange and Calvin Klien. We sacrificed a visit to these because we wanted to go to Reebok.
