Shops and Restaurants at Premium Outlets Part 1 - Orlando / Florida Guide

Florida Guide > Shopping

Whether you wish to shop or eat you are really spoilt for choice at this Vineland Road location. You can access this from the I4 but if the traffic is heavy and you are staying anywhere near the 192 just go along there until you come to the 535 and this will bring you along a quieter route the Premium Outlets complex.

As you access this on your right you will see the sign for Landry’s Seafood and Lonestar Steakhouse if you turn in here you will find there is ample parking for both restaurants as well as a child’s play area.

Although Landry’s do have chicken and steak on the menu they have a great selection of fish and seafood and they have a daily special Monday to Thursdays of 3 courses for about $20.

Last time we went we both had the Clam Chowder which was amongst the best we have eaten I also had Coconut Shrimp while my brother really enjoyed Alaskan King Crab. Although not as cheap as some of the dining establishments in Orlando you really get value for money here.

Lonestar famous for its Texas Steaks is situated beside Landry’s and has a nice outside dining area. At lunchtimes you can add a cup of soup or a salad to your entrée for $2. Their “big” salads are also cheaper at lunch than at dinner.

You should try the Texas Rose as a starter but be prepared to share it as I doubt you would eat one on your own as it is a huge battered onion delicious but very filling. Although we have never tried them they do some very interesting soups which include, chilli soup, steak soup or loaded baked potato soup! We intend to try them on our next visit.

Lonestar really do have a great selection of steaks including Porterhouse, Sirloin, New York Strip and Ribeye, be sure to try their steak fries with bacon and cheese and their sautéed onions.

Located opposite these two restaurants you can turn in on your left and you will come to a Golden Coral which we think is one of the best of the chain. Although we have not have breakfast here we have had many lunches whilst on the way to the airport on the last day of our holidays.

Lunchtime prices are very reasonable and children and pensioners get a discounted rate. In this restaurant you will always find lots of space and a great selection of all you can eat food, I love the pot roast!

Located just opposite Golden Corral is Bahama Breeze more of this in Part 2.
