Berry town Centre is a small shopping precinct along the US27. There are many little shopping centres around like this and they are placed for the convenience of each local group of communities. The one at Berry town is ideal for those people staying on communities like Legacy Park and the communities within it, Calabay Parc, Four corners, Florida Pines, Solana, and several others that are along the US27.
There are two banks, Regions ( now also joined with AmSouth) and the Suntrust. There is a UPS store which is very convenient for posting letters and parcels
There is several small restaurants and take -aways, Bistro Bistro, a Pizza place that you can dine in or take out, a brilliant Chinese called the Bamboo wok which is very handy for a quick lunch to pick up and eat by the pool on one of your chilling out days as well as a full blown dinner, the portions are enormous so be careful not to over order ! Great value for money and costs about half what it would in the UK.
A great family diner is Applebee’s a real favourite with the locals as well as the holiday makers and always very busy, this like most of the other restaurant will also do a carry out service too , enabling you to have a proper meal and not just burgers or pizza.
There is a wine shop that stocks everything you might need from the beer to drink by the pool or the nightcap after an exhausting day round the parks.
For the smokers there is a little shop that’s sells, cigarettes, cigars tobacco
and lighters, but also some lovely candles , oil burners and gifts. There is a nice little book shop to pick up that read for the journey home and in case you are missing home there is now a Fish and chip shop ! !
The main shop there is the Publix supermarket, if you need it you will find it there, the delicatessen is wonderful with lots of tempting goodies, lots of different sorts of breads and rolls, they even make you garlic bread while you wait. The cakes are to die for with everything you can imagine from the humble doughnut to elaborate birthday cakes. Every type of salad, fruits and vegetables you could wish for. There is fresh meats and fish for the barbeque, bottles of wine to wash it all down with and the usual personal items that you might have run out of. There is even a pharmacy and blood pressure monitor.
