Cheese, the Dutch are really into their cheese. Archaeological digs have proven that cheese was already being made on Dutch soil thousands of years ago. Gouda cheese and other Dutch cheeses are famous for their delicious salty taste and their firm texture.
Wooden shoes or clogs are typically Dutch, you can bring them home as a souvenir or visit a traditional clog maker. Delft blue is the world-famous earthenware that has been produced in the city of Delft since the 16th century. Canals are throughout and provide a way to discover Holland from a different perspective by taking a cruise through the canals.

Amsterdam Arena
The Amsterdam Arena, is home of the football club Ajax. The stadium is also used by the Dutch international team for international matches. On a regular basis, the events calendar includes concerts and dance festivals.

Their luxurious boats are 365 days a year ready to guide you through Amsterdam’s many canals. The canals have been awarded UNESCO’s World Heritage status and taking this 75-minute City canal cruise will reveal why. Passing all of the city’s highlights, this is simply the most relaxing and fun way to see the city. In the summer they open their roofs so you can enjoy the sun and a little breeze goes through the boat. In winter they close the roof and turn on the heating for you.
Coster diamonds
This is the oldest diamond polishing factory in the world. Located in the heart of Amsterdam between the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh museum they welcome more than 400, 000 visitors each year. Hollandsche schouwburg
The Hollandsche schouwburg was built as a theatre in 1892, but during the Second World War it was a deportation centre for Jews. Today, the building is a monument to the memory of those victims.
