Had problems using the self service kiosks it would not take the four drivers we listed it would only take three so had to use the car hire desk which we were rather fortunate that we did not have a very long wait. Otherwise no problems at all

The only issue we had was the long wait (50 minutes) for the shuttle bus to arrive at the port to go to the car hire location

All good, just one observation. Collection point for pick up was a bit hectic! Having come off a long haul flight I feel it would be nice if a member of staff was available to give a few quick pointers regarding the car that one is about to drive.....it would make life a little easier. Thank you

It would help if there was someone in the parking garage who would quickly show you all the little buttons and seat configurations so as to maximise your knowledge of the car, should you need any assistance.

Fab service. I think giving some tips about driving in the US would make out even better. Ie. remind us which is the fast lane, rules on overtaking, stopping for a school bus, how cheap gas is etc.

5 we ordered 2 cars T Pace and A Roberts. I got the feedback mixed up. The 2 cars were both excellent and the service was spot on. The standard of car was fantastic

The whole process from start to finish was really straight-forward. Only one point to raise.....I wasn't sure if the car took diesel or petrol. Maybe this could be stated clearly somewhere. In UK we have a lot of diesel cars

No problem with US Car Hire website or emails received subsequent to placing order (ALAMO selected). However ALAMO service will not be used again for future trips. 1. Self Service kiosk did not accept confirmation code. Had to queue ~20 mins with other customers. 2. ALAMO desk operator did not fully explain fuel option, which was added to bill. I hereby accuse them of using underhand sales technique to increase charges at desk. 3. Upon arrival at car park to collect vehicle, attendant said to pick any of the cars. Only 2 remained. 4. Rental vehicle had unclean interior; signs of spillage in rear seats and walls. Given poor light and exhausted passangers, this was not discovered until next day. 5. Upon return of vehicle, ALAMO attendant was not interested in hearing any of these issues despite asking how our experience was.
