We have just returned and I wanted to let you know about our experience with Alamo. As you will see from your records, we booked a car on this Order number and a second one on Order 4282897. As far as I was aware, both cars were booked on exactly the same basis (Silver Inclusive). When we picked up the first car we were told that the tank was full and that we had to pay for this and return the car empty. I explained this was not what I had expected but we were met by a brick wall and had to comply. When we returned the car we were charged $77.88 per the attached. On the same day we picked up the second car and this time were told it was full and if we returned it full then there was no charge for fuel (exactly as I expected). We did this yesterday and I have a NIL receipt. Why were the two rentals different ? I feel very let down by this and, OK, we would have had to refill the car but there is no way it would have cost us $77.88 to do this – we ran it to nearly empty during our rental term and it only cost $45 or so to fill it. Easy pick up and drop off service, fast and efficient. Fair value for money. The GPS we had wasn't very accurate though.

Decided to upgrade to a bigger vehicle. Collection was easy - everything went smoothly and efficiently at airport. Vehicle was great to drive with plenty of room. Only downfall was climbing into the rear 3 seats - could have done with another door on the side. Was also a bit thirsty on the fuel.

We registered for self service from the UK as didn't want to queue at Alamo desk in MCO. Car rentals were sign posted well and self service worked. We made our way to the car park and were instructed to choose our own vehicle. Very happy with the vehicle and the cost was an absolute bargain! Would recommend and definitely use again.

The whole experience was very good ,the car was great ,and all contacts with UScar hire were first rate .this is our 4th time . We just had a few problems with GPS ,it was about 4 years out of date

As Always,got on the courtesy bus. Got of the bus. Signed a couple of boxes .walked out to a row of vehicles, picked the one I wanted and got in. . Simple,Straight forward and Seem less. Same when dropped of at final airport. Thank you Again.
