We had the choice of about 20 7 seat vans all either Town and Country or Dodge Grand Caravans.We choose a Chrysler Town and Country, it was very good lots of room when back seat was down as we had 4 large suitcases and a mobility scooter in the back. the boot was still quite big with seats up. Guys on desk were very helpful and also in garage when we picked car up. Would highly recommend US Car Hire. This is the 2nd time we have used them.

is very uncomfortable with the people of alamo . they always want sell aditional items like insurance, road assistance, charge for fuel, etc.

No issues either booking or paying for the car. Easy and trouble free process. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with the miserable Alamo counter staff at Orlando who will try to sell you various extras that you don't need and will become more and more annoyed every time you say ' no '. Sign up to Alamo timesaver and you can then use the Kiosks that are located there. They are quick and easy to use and help you avoid both the miserable staff and the queues as well. Other wise great rental with no problems.

Pick-up was fast and easy. Vehicle was exactly what we ordered. Only one complaint but it was a major one. On pick up we were told to return the car empty of fuel. I questioned this as it is not normal practice anywhere else in the world but was assured it was correct. My wife returned the car with a quarter tank saying she was told there was nothing to pay. Upon my return to England I noticed that my credit card had been charged with almost 90 dollars. There has as yet been no explanation for this charge and no reciept. Very poor. I will not rent with Alamo ever again and I shall pass this experience on to all my friends and business colleagues, most of whom regularly travel back and forth to the USA. .

Had problems using the self service check in as it did not recognise my booking reference so had to wait in line. Fairly quick to sort out and thankfully because I had covered most things no attempt to force any upgrades. The vehicle was ok but could have done with a better clean, alright on the outside, but not on the inside and being a non smoker - it did smell of smoke internally which can be off putting. The return of the vehicle was excellent, straight in out of the car and away within 4 minutes and no charges as I returned with a full tank of fuel. Overall very good service received.

But the site uscarhire some problems with this, I tried to rent another car on the 24th of May to get the car 25th and was unable to, just renting directly in ALAMO. Right now I'm trying to rent a car for a friend who travels in August and also I'm not getting, Catch at Port Miami August 11 and return at the Miami airport on 14.

Process was straight forward the car was in a nice clean condition.I suppose the only gripe was the lady behind the Alamo counter who was adamant I didn't have roadside assistance because I didn't buy it from her when I collected the car, even though I showed her the copy of the Enhanced Roadside Assistance certificate I purchased from you to cover the 2 vehicles I rented via you from Alamo she just wouldn't entertain it.
